Return Policy for Moody Booty Apparel:

Thank you for shopping at Moody Booty Apparel! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com, and we'll be happy to assist you. Please review our return policy below:

Delivery:

  1. When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Here are the estimated shipping times:

    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • Europe: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–14 business days
    • Japan: 4–8 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  2. Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

  3. Will I be charged customs for my order? Additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  4. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before contacting us, please take the following steps:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
    • Stop by your neighbors' in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbors, please get in touch with us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com with your order number. If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  5. How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com.

  6. I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We sincerely apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. To assist you promptly, please email us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com within one week of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible!

Returns:

  1. What's your return policy? We don't offer returns and exchanges at this time. However, if there's an issue with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com. We're here to assist you.

  2. Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong items or damaged items. If either of these situations applies to you, please contact us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items. We will work with you to sort out the issue and provide a resolution.

  3. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure about the size or color, please refer to our sizing charts available for every item in the product description section on our store. In the rare event that an item you ordered was mislabeled, please inform us at Tommy@MoodyBootyApparel.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will either send you a new one or issue a refund.
